This is our school's seventh playoff appearance in school history, the second under Coach Green. In 2000, the Eagles took on Troup and lost 14-15, In 2001, the Eagles took on Kerens and lost 28-37. In 2002, the Eagles took on Whitewright and lost 12-13. In 2004, The Eagles lost to Paul Pewitt, 14-49. In 2018, we lost to Collinsville 8-42, and in 2019, we lost to Valley View 16-48. Our boys are not only in the playoffs tonight, they are on the hunt to claim the distinction of winning the first playoff game in our school's history. Eagle Parents! Our Junior High girls’ game against Cumby scheduled for Monday night has also been canceled due to COVID precautions. If our coaches are able to pick up another game from a different school on Monday for our kiddos, we will let everyone know.

Eagle Parents - We have received notice from the City of Como that Smith Street will be closed today from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Please be advised that buses may be running a little late at drop-off this afternoon.

Eagle Parents! We will be having an early release from school next Friday, November 20th for our Thanksgiving break. School will dismiss at 1:00, and buses will beginning immediately thereafter. We wanted to remind everyone early enough so that you can make appropriate family plans. We have almost made it to Thanksgiving break, and we have so much to be thankful for. For us, we are thankful of the constant support you’ve shown us throughout this trying year! #EaglePride247
