What a way to end the regular season and send off our senior, Shyann Wetzel, with a victory!
Our JV girls started the night with a dominant win, leading from start to finish. Then our Varsity Lady Eagles competed at a high level to seal the sweep.
We couldn’t be more proud of both teams for their hard work, dedication, and effort all season long. This is great momentum as we head into the playoffs. Let’s keep it rolling! 🦅
We are still trying finalized the playoff details and we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

Our Varsity Eagles did battle with the Panthers from North Hopkins last night and put on a great showing! These young men battled from start to finish, and showed great promise! Ultimately our Eagles fell 49-41 but they never gave up! It was a great game with a great atmosphere with our fans and student section!
The Eagles play their last home game on Friday versus Yantis starting at 5pm. It will be senior night and we will honor our seniors between the JV and Varsity game.

Tonight at our basketball game we were able to, again, honor a wonderful individual! Lenise Boseman who has been working at the school for 52 years, and many years working the scorebooks for our homes games, was presented with some gifts from the varsity basketball teams! These kids love Ms Lenise and it was a treat to honor her once more! She is truly a loyal and dedicated person to her school and community!

For the first time in a very long time the Eagles competed in powerlifting once again! Many of our lifters met goals and set new ones!
Kylie Blanchard brought home the 4th place medal in her weight class.
Not only was this a team of lifters, but one of basketball players, FFA officers, One-Act-Play members, UIL participants, band musicians, and many other multifaceted Eagles. They will lift again on Thursday the 12th at New Boston.

Their next game is Monday Feb 9th at Chisum starting at 5:00! Come out and support these girls!

Our JH Boys went to Boles this evening for their final game of the season and showed great promise in both games versus the Hornets!
Our B team was able to put in a great effort and held the lead for most of the game, but ultimately they fell to the Hornets 10-12.
Our A team came out with a great defensive effort and were able to swat the Hornets in route to a 32-22 victory!
