While the day was getting started on campuses, our Como-Pickton Cross Country team was busy sweating it out at their CC Meet this morning. September heat can be rough, but our teams did great! Way to go!

Our JH Eagles got their first taste of action tonight vs the Wolfe City Wolves and had a good showing! Lots of positives came out of these scrimmages for these young men! They will be in action next week at home versus Cumby at 5:30. It will be one JH game combined.

Como-Pickton elementary PTO has a new challenge for our elementary Eagle families! If the PTO reaches its $1,000 fundraising goal, TWO Eagle Fast Passes will be unlocked for the Fall Semester.
Elementary car-rider families may enter the drawing for a chance to receive a Fast Pass for the entire Fall Semester. Entry is completely free, and each household may enter once. No purchase or donation is required to enter, and making a donation does not provide additional entries or increase your chances of winning.
The PTO’s fundraising goal is $1,000. Every donation, big or small, helps support our students, teachers, and school throughout the year.
Once the $1,000 goal is reached, TWO elementary car-rider families will be randomly selected to receive an Eagle Fast Pass for the entire Fall Semester. The PTO plans to offer another opportunity for the Spring Semester as well.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter. Donations do not increase the odds of winning. One free entry per household. Open to Como-Pickton Elementary car-rider families only. Two winners will be randomly selected. Fast Pass use is subject to school procedures.

LADY EAGLES DOMINATE THE PITTSBURG LADY PIRATES!
The Lady Eagles took care of business against the Pittsburg Lady Pirates!
Both JV teams came out victorious, with JV1 sweeping their match!
The Varsity Lady Eagles played some great volleyball and battled their way to a 4-set victory! It was a close, competitive match, but our girls stayed focused, fought through the tough moments, and finished strong. Once they took control, they never looked back!
So proud of the way these girls competed, battled, and believed in each other! Great job, Lady Eagles!
