Eagle Pride Alert! Two more big wins tonight for the Lady Eagles!!! They first beat Cumby 6-0 and then beat James Bowie 14-3. It was definitely a team effort tonight. Everyone came out playing great. Their record stands at 8-1-1. Our next games will be this Thursday in the Union Grove Tournament! 1st game is at 9:30, 2nd game at 2:00, and last game at 3:30! Eagle Pride Alert! Our Lady Eagles softball team came out strong in their first tournament.
On Thursday they started off beating Hooks 3-1. Then tied with Sam Rayburn 2-2 just barely running out of time right there at the end.
On Friday night they beat Ector 10-2, and then beat Paris HS 3-0.

Eagle Pride Alert! The Como Pickton Lady Eagle’s softball team kicked off the season by winning both games in their double header tonight. They beat North Hopkins first and then beat Yantis 11-0.
Mattison Buster threw a no hitter striking out 9 out of 10 batters in 3 innings and hit 2 home runs.

Como-Pickton Parents: We believe that the majority of roads are good enough to travel on for school tomorrow. Eagle Basketball Fans! I’m afraid that we have another basketball update for the boys’ playoff game. We are now scheduled to play Linden-Kildare at Dangerfield High School at 6:00 on Monday evening Tickets will be sold at the gate. We will be Home, and only the first 250 fans on the home side will be allowed to enter. With the effects of the weather on various schools there is a possibility that this may change again. We will keep you posted if it does.
Lady Eagles Basketball Fans! We have a quick update that we need to report to you. Our game time for the Lady Eagle playoff game for Saturday in Paris, has been moved to 4:30. If you have already bought tickets, they will be fine when you get to the gate. Sorry for all of the changes! Every school in the playoffs are struggling to get a gym available.
