Your JV Lady Eagles traveled to Chapel Hill this morning to finish up their last tournament of the season. They are not coming home empty handed either! They had one more pool play game against Redwater JV 1 this morning that placed them 3rd in their pool. They played Redwater JV 2 in the first round of bracket play and took care of business in 2 sets. That win sent them to the championship game where they would face 4A Liberty Eylau. The Lady Eagles fought tooth and nail but just couldn’t get the win. They received 2nd place in the Silver Bracket. We couldn’t be more proud of them!

Your Lady Eagles wrangled the Hughes Springs Mustangs tonight at home! They battled out every point to come out on top! They had a slow start, but once they got in rhythm, there was no stoping them! Your JV Lady Eagles play tomorrow at Chapel Hill starting at 9:30. Tuesday Sept 13 will be a Varsity only game and your Lady Eagles will take on Ector at home.

Elementary Parent Alert! Our Grandparent's Day luncheon will be on Tuesday, Sept. 13th. They can choose either fish or hotdogs. Cost is $4.50 per adult. We will have a money box for grandparents to pay as they come through the office. They will receive a ticket to hand to the lunch ladies. Our lunch times are:

Your JV Lady Eagles know how to battle! They split the game with Avery, losing the first set then battling back from an 8 point difference to win the second set! They hustled and battled for every point! JV does not play this Friday. They will resume play this Saturday at 9:30 in the Chapel Hill Tournament. Your Lady Eagles protected their home court tonight! Both teams came out victorious against Trinity Christian Academy with 2 clean sweeps! JV will travel to Chapel Hill (Mt Pleasant) Thursday and Saturday for tournament play. Varsity will be back at home this Friday to take on Hughes Springs starting at 4:30. Friday will be Varsity only!

Our 8th Grade football team will be taking on Queen City @Queen City at 4:30 P.M. We will have one JH game this week.
The JV football team will face off against Queen City @home starting at 5:00 P.M.
