Eagle Pride Alert! Our amazing CP Art students in Linda Panter's class have been busy collecting plastic bags, cutting and weaving them on a loom to create mats. These sleeping mats will be donated to a homeless shelter. What a wonderful community service project our kids are involved in. #EaglePride24/7
Como-Pickton Eagles played at home tonight against Quitman. Tucker Lecroy started on the mound and had 6Ks through 5 innings giving up 2 runs. Dalton Morgan came and finished the game, giving up 1 run with 6Ks. But in the end Quitman came out on top 3-2 through 8 innings. Como-Pickton plays at Quinland Ford Friday at 1 o’clock.

Eagle Pride Alert! RJ Duffey, 6th grade student, read a book called Do Unto Otters by Laurie Keller to first grade enrichment students. The students are currently learning about character education and manners. This book coincided with the curriculum and RJ did a fantastic job reading to the students, definitely making them belly laugh and chuckle. Great job RJ!!!
Eagle Nation - We inadvertently scheduled school on the district's calendar for next Friday, April 7th. We understand the importance of Good Friday to our community, and as a result, have decided to close school for this day. This closure does not affect any extra-curricular events already scheduled. Thank you for trusting your students to our care. We do not take it lightly.
