Eagle Pride Alert! Today we competed in the Canton FFA Floral Challenge and made some really pretty arrangements! Michelle Mejia made it to the finals placing in the top 15 out of over 100 competitors. The contest consisted of 4 rounds with competitors being eliminated each round. The first round was a budget challenge where students had to complete an arrangement under a certain price point. In round 2 they had to make a dozen roses, round 3 was a wedding bouquet and the final round was a large wedding arrangement. They all did a great job! Eagle Pride Alert! This year, Elementary introduced an “Eagle Buck Cheer Class” that students could spend their eagle bucks on. They got a close up of what cheer is all about. They were able to do jumps, cheers, tumbling, and stunts with all the high school cheerleaders. Our future is so bright because of this class! Enjoy a few pictures from the event.

Basketball played against Fruitvale for their fourth district game. It was a good game to come back on a two week break. In the end the Eagles took over and glided in for their fourth victory of the year. They now move to 4-0 in district
