Eagle Pride Alert! We are thrilled to congratulate Evelyn Valdez who entered the Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE). It is a contest that recognizes exemplary student achievement in Visual Arts. Evelyn submitted one work of art receiving a rating of 4 out of 4 and Regional Medal. Her artwork moved to Area. Out of four divisions Evelyn was in Division 2. Of all six students who participated, CPHS had a total of 2 art students (Lucas in Division 3 and Evelyn in Division 2) with perfect scores on their art and interview! Congratulations to Evelyn who worked so hard on your art, writing and interviews.

Lexi Rainey pitched an amazing game and Bella Romero, Addison Monk, Gracie Thompson, Lexi Rainey, and Journey Brumley all had huge hits at the right time to put us ahead! Saylor Smith hit a home run to start us off in the first inning! Lexi Rainey hit a home run in the third to keep us going! Addison Monk went 3 for 3 at the plate with all 3 being doubles!
