Eagle Pride Alert! Our Lady Eagle softball team started off slow today losing to Winsboro (3-6) before beating Linden Kildare 13-2, and later defeating Big Sandy 6-1. They advanced to the winner bracket on Saturday starting at 4:30. If they win that one, they will play in the championship game at 7:30! A big shoutout to our very own Chloe Romero for hitting a walk off inside the park home run! Let our girls hear your cheers! #EaglePride247

Our Elementary Destination Imagination team competed in the regional tournament on Saturday in Mesquite. The 5 team members chose to compete in the Scientific Challenge. They had to create a habitat and outsider species that morphed due to an encounter. The members had to develop a story, props, and costumes all on their own with no teacher help. #EaglePride247

Lady Eagles played their hearts out in their first tournament! They first played Chapel Hill Tyler (4a) and losing 0-4 and then bouncing back and beating Lone Oak (3A) 10-1. Then playing Simms Bowie (2A) and losing 9-4.
