Our Elementary Destination Imagination team competed in the regional tournament on Saturday in Mesquite. The 5 team members chose to compete in the Scientific Challenge. They had to create a habitat and outsider species that morphed due to an encounter. The members had to develop a story, props, and costumes all on their own with no teacher help. #EaglePride247

Lady Eagles played their hearts out in their first tournament! They first played Chapel Hill Tyler (4a) and losing 0-4 and then bouncing back and beating Lone Oak (3A) 10-1. Then playing Simms Bowie (2A) and losing 9-4.
