Good Afternoon Como and Pickton communities. We are aware of the predicted wet and freezing weather scheduled for Wednesday evening through Friday. We are monitoring the forecast and hope to have a decision regarding our school before tomorrow’s dismissal so that our parents may make appropriate plans and arrangements. The baseball scrimmage scheduled for Saturday February 5th against Cooper has been cancelled. Our next scrimmage is scheduled for February 11th against Tom Bean here at Como-Pickton at 6.

Kara Tifft has been selected to represent our school as one of the nominees this year for High School Athlete of the Year!
To be selected you must have either competed at state in a sport, been an academic all-state in a sport, or selected as an all-state athlete in a sport.
Kara has competed at state in cross country and received academic all-state in cross-country, basketball, track, and Softball.

Eagle Pride Correction. We inadvertently posted the other day that our cheer squad made it to the state finals for the first time in school history. We should have noted that our cheer squad from last year made it as well… giving us back to back representation. Thank you for allowing us to correct this and honor last year and year’s squads.
